FORMS DESIGN    "If you can envision it, we can create it"
A well-designed form can make the difference between success and disappointment with your data entry project. It must capture the right information, be easy to understand and complete, as well as facilitate efficient analysis and processing. From concept through production, DDM can handle every aspect of any forms creation effort.

At DDM, forms design services are most often performed as the first step in an outsourced data entry project, however we are also happy to pause after this step and let you decide how to use the completed forms.

  • The starting point for the forms design effort can be an existing form or a blank slate. Simple or complex, online or manual, we handle virtually any type of form. We then design, test and implement forms that will capture the data you need to produce the business results you require.
